Oussama Attar is a Coaching and Training expert with over a decade of extensive experience of leadership training and coaching in corporations, NGOs, embassies, and governmental entities in three continents.

Oussama is the first and only Syrian to be certified as a Coach by the International Coaching Community (ICC) in Sweden and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). Also, he is the first and only Syrian to be trained and certified as a Coach and Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) by the Co-creator of NLP Dr. John Grinder in London, UK.

Oussama holds a BA in French literature, has 4 languages mastery (Arabic, English, French and Swedish) and 25 years of experience in corporate Human Resources development and for the last decade served as a HR Advisor to the European Union.
