1- Be in A Comfortable Place
Start your studies in a peaceful, cozy setting to maintain concentration and attention.
2- Breakdown Bigger Tasks into Smaller Ones
Divide up larger tasks into smaller ones and finish one small subtask at a time.
3- Start with Easier Tasks
Consider beginning with simpler tasks if you are initially overwhelmed by larger ones.
4- Remove All Sort of Distractions
Before you start studying, turn off the TV, put your phone on silent, or switch it off, and request privacy from your roommates or family.
5- Look for Motivation
When you feel like giving up, identify your motivation and keep bringing it to mind.
6- Make A To-Do List
Write all the important tasks that need to be finished on a sticky note or personal to-do list and keep it around.
7- Reward Yourself
Select a goal, such as concentrating on your studies for 30 minutes, and reward yourself with your favorite snack when you reach it.
8- Take Breaks for Physical Exercise
Yoga and other indoor physical activities can keep you in shape and sharpen your mind.
9- Review Yourself
You can stay on track by regularly reviewing the goals that have been reached and those that still need to be.
10- Think About the Consequences
Consider the consequences of not studying right now, such as receiving poor grades or even failing. The fear factor should, hopefully, get you started.
